Why we started Northlyn

We kept replacing the same things. Utensils that melted, towels that pushed water around instead of soaking it up, storage jars whose lids never quite sealed. Cheap, then cheap again six months later.

So we picked a small number of household items and looked for versions built to outlast us. Solid beechwood instead of coated plastic. Real linen instead of a cotton blend. Glass with a gasket that actually closes.

We would rather sell you five things once than fifty things twice.
